Cancellation Policy I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
8-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me 8 hours advance notice you will be charged $25.00. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. Cancellations can be accepted by phone/Text/leave a message, email, or Facebook.
No-shows Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged $25.00 for their “missed” appointment.
Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Flu or Cold
Please plan on rescheduling if you have a cold or flu. Getting a massage when your immune system is compromised can make symptoms worse. It can also expose your therapist and other clients to your illness. You may be charged a $25 fee if you are turned away due to sickness.
There will be an intake/health history form for every new client, so please arrive 15 minutes early to fill that out.
The studio is located in the Castle Creek Offices at 123 North 8Th Street. Crossroads are Rood Ave and 8Th Street. CCO is in the Southwest corner.
