Policies & What to Expect

My goal is to provide every client with a professional, comfortable, and personalized experience. Because appointments are reserved specifically for you, I kindly ask that you review the following policies before booking.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that unexpected things happen. I simply ask that you provide at least 8 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to offer the time to another client.

Cancellations may be made by phone, text message, voicemail, email, or Facebook message.

Cancellations made with less than 8 hours’ notice will be subject to a $45 cancellation fee.

The cancellation fee must be paid before your next appointment.

Emergencies and exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

No-Shows

An appointment that is missed without notice is considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged a $45 missed-appointment fee, which must be paid before scheduling your next appointment.

Late Arrivals

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened so that I can remain on schedule for the clients who follow you.

Depending on how late you arrive, I will determine whether there is enough time remaining to safely and effectively provide your treatment. Regardless of the length of the session provided, the full appointment fee will apply.

Please plan accordingly and allow yourself enough time to arrive relaxed and ready for your appointment.

Illness & Rescheduling

If you are experiencing symptoms of a cold, flu, fever, or other contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment. This helps protect you, your therapist, and other clients.

If you arrive for your appointment visibly ill, I reserve the right to reschedule your session. A $45 late-cancellation fee may apply when an appointment must be canceled or rescheduled due to illness with less than 8 hours’ notice.

New Client Forms

All new clients are asked to complete an intake and health history form before their first massage. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow enough time to complete your paperwork without taking away from your massage time.

Please keep your health history updated and let me know about any significant changes to your health, medications, injuries, or other conditions that may affect your massage.
